A record of information practices

Effective 2026-09-05

Identify the responsible company

Subliment LLC operates this website and Subliment Brief, with SLM as its exclusively operated public SMS brand alias. Direct a question about information practices to armstrong@subliment.com. Reference the relevant matter while avoiding complete identity documents, passwords or confidential source files.

Identify what may be provided

An available contact channel may receive a name, email, telephone number, message, availability or interest in a part-time work area. If a messaging service is active, it may also involve consent choices, opt-out instructions and help requests. The categories described depend on what you choose to provide and what the enabled channel actually receives.

Match information to its purpose

Received information may be used to answer an inquiry, consider a direct part-time interest, arrange related correspondence or maintain an SMS preference. Necessary security, misuse investigation and legal compliance purposes may also apply. Information unrelated to those purposes should not be included in an initial inquiry.

Separate SMS consent from other marketing

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or made available for another party's own marketing. Subliment Brief does not rely on purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists.

Define the limits of provider access

Providers supporting an enabled service may process necessary information for SMS delivery, hosting, security or compliance, including opt-in data only where required for that support. They are not permitted to use it for independent marketing. Disclosure may also be necessary under applicable law or to address a legitimate threat to rights or service security.

Review the reason for retention

Information actually held should remain only as needed for the request, related correspondence and applicable obligations. Deletion or de-identification should follow where practicable once those reasons end. A restricted suppression record may still be needed to prevent messages after an opt-out.

Request a change to the record

Subject to applicable rights and exceptions, you can email armstrong@subliment.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information actually held. Reasonable verification may be required. Reply STOP to leave Subliment Brief or HELP for assistance. Choosing SMS is separate from applying or receiving consideration for part-time work.

Apply care to authorized information

Appropriate organizational and technical measures should be used for information handled by an enabled service, with access limited to authorized needs. These measures do not eliminate every risk. Do not submit government identifiers, financial credentials, passwords or other people's confidential records with routine questions.

Check age suitability and version

The website and its recruiting messages are not directed to children under 13, and Subliment does not knowingly request their personal information. Report a concern to armstrong@subliment.com if a child may have provided such material. The posted effective date identifies the current notice, which may be revised as relevant practices change.
